Hotel Policies

Special policies apply for each room. Maximum per fire code capacity is 4 guests, including children.
Any gatherings in violation with our maximum fire code capacity will be shut down and guests not registered to the suite will be asked to leave. Maximum of 2 visitors are allowed from 9.00AM to 9.00PM.

  • Rates are inclusive of complementary Breakfast (2 Persons Only).
  • Complementary Breakfast are served only in the restaurant
  • Rates are inclusive of Government Taxes (5% VAT & 5% Consumer Tax) (Cash Guest Only)
  • Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge & Government Taxes (credit Guest only)
  • No refund of money after payment
  • Room service charge is payable for services rendered in the guest room.
  • Check out time is 12 noon and check in time is 1pm

Cancelations must be made by web, telephone, or email, 48 hours prior to arrival date to be effective. If you must cancel after this deadline please note that we will assess one night room and tax fee.

By securing your online reservation with our booking system, you are eligible for our Reservations Guarantee even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm).

All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed via Bank payment (Bank details will be sent to you). Certained arrival dates and rates may require a deposit; Verbal reservation is subject to release without notice. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.

Additionally, we require a security deposit at time of check in. Security deposits are normally done at the reception for a small percentage of your total stay amount. Please be advised that we will not be able to check you in if you don't provide either this amount.

The hotel management accepts no responsibility for valuables left in the rooms. See the front desk for safe deposit facilities.

Housekeepers may enter your room for cleaning in your absence.
